I woke up about 8.30am, and I felt like I was dying.

I tried to go back to sleep, but couldn't, and I couldn't get up either.

I eventually got up about 11.30am, and went in the bathroom, my head was all stuffed up, and I had a terrible headache, my throat is raw. Ugh.

I sat around for a while, didn't do anything, felt awful.

I watched tv, and had something to eat about 8.30pm, and went back to bed a bit later.
